![]() Make sure your choice from above supports adding profiles for games, and add a profile for WoW matching the defaults in WoWmapper.Use Controller Companion, Antimicro or Steam Desktop Configuration so you can always leave the gamepad toggle on gamepad. It's awesome, you shouldn't need to mess with keybinds and playing WoW with a controller is fun :) Again, that's only required if you want to use WoWmapper. ![]() You can add a rule in Bill2's Process Manager that will launch WoWmapper when WoW runs, and kill it when WoW stops. Instead, download Bill2's Process Manager and install it. If you do want to use WoWmapper (it supports a 16-way quick menu in ConsolePort), you can skip adding a profile to Controller Companion. This means you don't have to use WoWmapper at all. You can find the default keybinds on the ConsolePort website ( ) and make your profile in Controller Companion match. I almost never use mouse mode now.Ĭontroller Companion will also allow you to add a profile for when WoW is running. With Controller Companion or similar, you can leave your mouse/gamepad toggle always on gamepad. I don't change most of the default keybinds in WoW as most of the "keys" I use are for things like quest log or social windows. I think Antimicro is free, and Steam has a desktop controller configuration, but Controller Companion is easy and just works. I would also look into something like Controller Companion for the desktop. Join their Discord for the latest version (pinned in #classic). ![]() I would absolutely recommend ConsolePort. It should be similar if you plan to play retail since ConsolePort exists for both. Im a bit overwhelmed by all the posibilities that the gpd win 2 and wow offers me :DĪs someone who has played WoW Classic solely on his Win2, I could offer some tips on how I do it. It seems that ConsolePort does not recognize the Controller on its own (Setup "2"), do i need to map it as a keyboard or does it get recognized as XboxController? Im thinking about this setups, but i dont know which would be the nicest experience:ġ.) wowmapper + consoleport with GPD Controller Toogle "ON"Ģ.) consoleport with GPD Controller Toogle "ON"ģ.) wowmapper with GPD Controller Toogle "ON"Ĥ.) controller companion (steam) with GPD Controller Toogle "ON"ĥ.) Or just basic Keybinds with no addon and with GPD Controller Toogle "OFF" (mouse) Now im trying everything to get it work fine but i havent found so much information about the setups of the community. Ive done some research but i didnt got it working as i wanted to. Now im struggeling with setting up World of Warcraft Keybinds. libsquish (v1.11) is able to deal with DXT1/3/5 images.Today finally my GPD win 2 (m3-8100y) arrived.Irrlicht (v1.8) is a very flexible and easy to use engine.GLM (v0.9.3.4) is my favorite OpenGL math library.StormLib (v8.20) enables wowmapper to access MPQ files to extract its content.FTLK (v1.3.0) is a cross-platform, lightweight GUI library.Wowmapper uses a couple of external libraries to do its job. Thanks to all the people that helped build the early versions and all the support I received from the community. I'm going to rewrite the whole code base and I want to make sure beginners, curious people and even advanced users have a graphical user interface to ease alot of work. Since I have been pretty busy for the last two years and were absent from WoW itself too, I've stopped working on it.till now. Version v0.1 and v0.2 supported WoW v3.3.x and WoW v4.x for a long time. It was one, if not the first publicly available library to extract WoW's map data. Wowmapper is a hobby project which started in May 2010.
